The Smooth paper is then taken through the Reel where it’s collected in a convenient form for later off machine processing and then goes to the unwinder and splitter where it is then cut into the right shape for customers (, 1998). After the paper sheet is no longer wet, it gets coated with synthetic binders like starch to keep them together and increase its strength and water resistance, after this process it then is delivered to the Calendar where all the sheets are pressed between calendar rolls to make them smooth. The paper sheet moves overheated rolls where extra water is removed by evaporation through the dryer. The wire machine forms the pulp into a mat while the water drains out, once the wire is done it goes to the next stage called presses, the presses remove additional water (, 1998). Once the Jordan Refiner process is completed it goes to the Screens, which removes oversized particles from the pulp and then goes to the Head box machine where all uniform pulp stock are moved to the Wire machine. Once the pulp is done with the bleaching process it is placed on the beater, which modifies the pulp fiber, once this is done it goes to the Jordan Refiner that cuts them to length and further refines the pulp. To derive a white paper the pulp has to be placed in a bleach tower where it gets bleached, in the bleaching process there is a need for the following chemicals, which are: Chlorine, sodium hydroxide and hydrogen peroxide, these chemicals are combined to make up the whitening agent which removes lignin. A machine called Digester is used to remove sugar, lignin, and anything that is not needed in the final product after the wood is chopped with the use of a chipper this process is considered “Kraft” (The straight dope, 2005). Chemicals are used to make pulp, the use of chemicals, heat, and pressure are used to dissolve the lignin in wood which frees cellulose fibers, lignin are complex macrobiotic polymer that are deposited in the cell walls of plants which makes them woody and rigid. The most important step in the production of paper is to separate cellulose from the other materials found in the raw material this step is called pulping, pulping produces a substance called wood pulp. Papers are made mainly from cellulose fiber, plants and trees are suitable for the production of paper because about 50% of a tree contains cellulose appropriate for paper making (The straight dope, 2005). High quality papers are mainly derived from cotton mid range paper products are made with cotton blended with wood. Plants that are used in the production of paper include flax, cotton, bamboo, hemp, straws from wheat, and sugar cane waste. In the production of paper, trees are not the only raw material that can be used. Without an Entrepreneur there would never be any company or business that would have ever been started, this makes the Entrepreneur the backbone of any company or organization (Associated Content, 2009). The Entrepreneurship factor is the process where someone or group of people start a business while taking all the necessary risks, with hope to gain and make profit. Without Capital a company cannot fully operate to its standards. Capital includes money, tools, machines, services like Internet, phone line and many more things that are used in the production process of goods and services. The Capital factor plays one of the most valuable tasks in the production and growth of a company. With out labor a company cannot run effectively (Associated Content, 2009). The machines, manpower, and even the owner of the company fall within the classification of labor. The Labor factor has to deal with the human resources this has to deal with everyone that works within the company to provide its finished product. This makes the Land (natural Resources) factor very important in the business world. In a basic company they must buy or lease a Land in order to have a physical plan to do business, some companies do not depend directly on natural resources to operate their business, do note that the product they make use of are likely to at some degree have been made from natural resources. A good example would be water, earth (land) businesses need the land factor to operate their business effectively. Land is a factor that has to do with natural resources a natural resource includes items that occur naturally and that is not man made. The four factors of production comprises of Land, Labor, Capital, and Entrepreneurship.
